Immigration Matter
Family, citizenship, waivers, work authorization. Free pre-evaluation with Denisse.
The answers most clients ask about before reaching out. If yours is not here, send us your question through the contact page and we will get back to you.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. For immigration matters, your first call is a free pre-evaluation with our team to confirm we are the right fit for your situation. For insurance disputes and personal injury claims, your first case review with Nicholas Ravinet is fully free with no obligation.
What is the difference between a pre-evaluation and a consultation?
A pre-evaluation is a brief, no-cost conversation to confirm your situation falls within what we handle and to give you a sense of timeline and approach.
A paid immigration consultation is a deeper session with the attorney where we review documents, identify the strongest pathway, and outline a plan. Claims and injury matters do not require a paid consultation.
Do you take cases in Spanish?
Yes. Denisse Ilabaca and Nicholas Ravinet are both bilingual. Every intake, consultation, document review, and hearing preparation can be conducted in English or Spanish. Se habla español.
Do I have to live in Florida to hire your firm?
For immigration matters, no. Denisse represents clients in all fifty states through the federal immigration system.
For insurance disputes and personal injury matters, your case generally must involve Florida property, a Florida accident, or a Florida insurance policy.
What immigration cases does Denisse handle?
Denisse focuses on family-based immigration, citizenship, I-601 and I-601A waivers, DACA renewals, work permits, K-1 fiancé visas, and adjustment of status.
She also represents clients on deportation defense, habeas corpus, immigration bonds, and ICE detention matters.
What injury and claims cases does Nick handle?
Nick represents Florida property owners on roof, hurricane, water, fire, mold, and sinkhole claims, including denied and underpaid claims.
On the injury side he represents victims of car, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, slip-and-fall, and drunk-driving incidents, plus uninsured and underinsured motorist disputes.
How quickly will someone respond after I submit my information?
We aim to respond within one business day. For urgent matters during business hours, calling (407) 917-2087 is the fastest route to a real conversation with our team.
Will you take my case after the consultation?
We are committed to helping every client who reaches out. After your evaluation, if we determine we are a good fit, we will invite you to move forward and begin the work toward your goals.
If your case falls outside our practice areas, we tell you so directly and point you toward someone who can help.
